Rick brings over 40 years of real estate and corporate governance experience to Emerge Capital. As Chairman, he provides strategic direction and has been instrumental in shaping a strong culture of governance across the firm.Rick has delivered landmark projects across Asia, Europe and Australia, including high-profile, government-led developments. He was formerly a Senior Executive at Lendlease and Director of several Lendlease subsidiaries. He has also held board positions on multiple government corporations and ASX-listed companies.
Nathan joined Emerge Capital in 2012 and has led the firm’s Transactions business since becoming Managing Partner in 2017. He has completed over $30 billion in real estate transactions across Australia and Asia.
With 25+ years of experience, Nathan has held senior roles at Lendlease, Morgan Stanley, CapitaLand and Taubman Centres. He brings deep expertise across office, retail, residential and mixed-use sectors, spanning both funds management and development.
Beau Wang is an Executive Director at Emerge Capital with over two decades of experience focused on transaction advisory, strategy and finance.
With a robust track record spanning residential living, industrial and logistics, and mixed-use developments, Beau navigates complex real estate investments from inception to execution. He oversees all aspects of client relationships and stakeholder engagement, guiding institutional capital and delivering tailored outcomes aligned with client objectives.
Prior to his current role, Beau worked in various leadership roles in private equity and direct investments. He started his career in investment banking has been involved in over $20bn of public M&A transactions across industries such as banking and finance, mining and general industrials.
Neil is responsible for leading and executing complex transactions including portfolio M&A, joint ventures and capital raisings. Since joining Emerge Capital, he has successfully executed around A$12 billion in transactions across apartments, build-to-rent, land lease communities, office, retail and mixed-use sectors.
Neil manages transactions end-to-end — from initial due diligence to negotiation and execution — and also oversees the Australian investments of Emerge Capital’s clients.
William leads and supports transactions, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates. He has executed around A$7 billion in transactions across residential, office, retail and mixed-use real estate — including build-to-rent, land lease communities and master-planned developments.
William handles the full transaction lifecycle — from evaluating opportunities and financial due diligence through to contract negotiation and ongoing investment reporting. He was previously a corporate and real estate finance lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons.
Cinzia supports both transaction advisory and investment oversight functions. Her responsibilities include due diligence, liaising with counterparties, reviewing documentation, drafting investment memos and advising on transaction structure.
She also assists in managing the Australian investments of Emerge Capital’s clients. Cinzia previously worked as a banking and finance lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin, specialising in corporate and real estate finance.
Jacob works across buy-side and sell-side transactions in Build-to-Rent, Build-to-Sell, Office, Retail and Mixed-Use sectors. He’s responsible for financial modelling, qualitative and quantitative analysis, due diligence and transaction documentation.
Jacob also supports asset and development management engagements for both single-asset and portfolio investments. He brings prior experience in finance and private equity from several US-based investment firms.
Jessie oversees all finance and accounting functions at Emerge Capital. She manages day-to-day transactions, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, board reporting and financial analysis.
She plays a key role in identifying and managing regulatory and business risks, ensuring compliance with AFSL licensing requirements and broader financial regulation.
Jessie is a CPA and holds a Master of Professional Accounting from UTS.
Will is a Graduate Analyst at Emerge Capital, joining the firm in 2025.
Will’s role at Emerge Capital involves supporting across initial financial analysis and investment opportunity evaluation as well as transaction due diligence.
Will brings prior internship experience in investment banking and holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Information Systems from the University of New South Wales.
Jake is a Graduate Analyst at Emerge Capital, joining the firm in 2025.
Jake’s role at Emerge Capital involves supporting across initial financial analysis and investment opportunity evaluation as well as transaction due diligence. In addition, Jake is actively involved in overseeing Emerge Capital’s clients’ investments with a particular focus on Build-to-Rent projects.
Jake brings prior internship experience in Investment Banking and holds a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Western Australia.
