Tim is the Founding Partner at Emerge Capital since inception in 2008.  Tim leads the firm’s private equity and investments business where he covers the real estate, infrastructure and major projects sectors.

Tim’s responsibilities primarily involve direct investment, corporate finance and capital markets advice, mergers and acquisitions, fund structuring and securitisation, work out recapitalisation advice, and major urban renewal development.

Prior to founding Emerge Capital, Tim practiced corporate finance and funds management law, advising on real estate, infrastructure and private equity transactions globally. From his extensive experience at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Barclays Global Investors, and BNP Paribas, Tim has worked with a number of private, institutional and government clients across Asia, North America, the Middle East and Europe.
