Rick is the Chairman of Emerge Capital as he brings over 40 years’ of real estate experience and corporate governance to Emerge Capital. Having previously held several high profile listed board and management positions, Rick has instilled a strong corporate governance culture at Emerge Capital and provides overarching strategic direction and guidance to the firm.

Rick has delivered numerous landmark projects throughout Asia, Europe and Australia, as well as a number of acclaimed Government led projects. He was formerly the Senior Executive of Lendlease and a director of several Lendlease subsidiary companies. In addition to this, Rick has held board positions on numerous Government Corporations as well as publicly listed companies.
