Nathan joined Emerge Capital in 2012 and has been the Managing Partner at Emerge Capital since 2017 with a primary focus on the firm’s Transactions business where he has completed over $30 billion of transactions.

Nathan has over 25 years’ real estate experience throughout Asia and Australia at Lendlease, Morgan Stanley, CapitaLand and Taubman Centres. Throughout his career, Nathan has developed extensive experience in the office, retail, residential and mixed-use sectors through a comprehensive track record across funds management and development.
