Jessie is the Group Finance Manager at Emerge Capital and has been part of the Team since 2017. Jessie is responsible for the management of all areas of the Group’s finance and accounting functions including oversight of the day-to-day transactions of the business, preparation of budgets and forecasts, financial reporting and analysis, cashflow management, development of accounting policies and procedures, board reporting and senior stakeholder engagement across the whole business.

In addition to this, Jessie collaborates with all stakeholders to identify and manage business and regulatory risks whilst ensuring that the business practices are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and the firm’s AFSL licensing requirements.

Jessie is a CPA and holds a Master in Professional Accounting from University of Technology Sydney.
